5 month surgiversary

Hello Friends!

Sorry it has been so long since I posted, but things have been crazy busy!! Work, school, brownies for my daughter, etc. Anyway, today is five months since my surgery and I have lost 86 lbs!! Now here comes the stupid part....I want to put up my ticker from ticker factory but I have not been able to figure out how to do it. Help!! Btw, I showed my husband my drivers license from before the surgery and his eyes bugged out and he said "Wow, you have lost a lot of weight!" I guess that was a "WOW" moment to add to my list....

Any suggestions(or a home visit) would be greatly appreciated. I am technically inclined, just cannot figure this out. It is probably very easy and I will say "DUH" to myself once I get it on my OH :-)

Great Job!!!! I also can't figure out the ticker. I also don't know what my goal weight is ?? lol

Thanks for the support and for replying about the ticker....someone out there on OH knows what to do...

you can go to tickerfactory.com and they have great directions.    They will give you an html code to copy onto your profile here.  When you get it, go to MY OH and settings.  Then go to message board and you can create your signature there.  Just type what you want and paste in the html code from ticker factory.

Beth - I love you!  And I have missed you! :)  You are doing great and I can't believe it has been 5 months already!  Damn girl - you are awesome!  Haven't been to the pool since you and I were there last - we REALLY need to make a date!  

I was going to message you to ask Lisa Hunt - she has been my OH guru when it comes to Tickers and avatars.  Do exactly what she tells you and you will be fine!  Oh - and if you want to - you can also post your ticker on facebook.  I love having mine up there!

I am not any help with the ticker thing, but I wanted to say congratulations on your journey and weight loss. You are doing a terrific job.
